Col. David Devasahayam is the Chairman and Managing Director and founder of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, master’s degree in science in defence studies from the University of Madras and has also completed the 44th session of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has served in the Indian Army for over twenty four years. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation in 2005.

Col. Benz K. Jacob is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 3, 2008. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and a master’s degree of Science in Defence Studies from the University of Madras. He was previously associated with the Indian Army. He has over  28 years of experience in the Infantry division of the Indian Army.

Mr. Cyrus Shroff is the Chief Marketing Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since July 20, 2009. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the H.R College of Commerce and Economics and Diploma degree in Management Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services.

Mr. Charles Francis is the Chief Business Officer of our company. He has been associated with the company since January 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. He has over 33 years of experience in various industries including Engineering, Construction and Mining equipment businesses and Information Technology, and successfully managed global business operations at the CXO level for more than a decade.

Mr. T.V.Venkataramanan is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 2nd, 2021. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, and Certificate Courses from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 16 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. He has not received any remuneration for Fiscal Year 2021 as he has been appointed in the Fiscal Year 2022.

Mr. Karthik Sankaran is the Chief Technology Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 4, 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Madurai Kamaraj University. With a track record of 20-plus years of experience in the IT industry, he comes with the experience of leading onshore-offshore teams.

Wg. Cdr. Shashank Naidu is the Director – IT & Audit of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 7, 2006. He holds a master’s degree of science in Mathematics from the Osmania University, Post Graduate Diploma degree in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He has over 26 years of experience in the Indian Air Force.
